今回の旅の最後に友人が案内してくれたのはこちらのお店。古民家を改築したカフェ&ベーカリーらしい。この店のパンを最近気に入っていて、僕等にお土産で持たしてくれると言うのだ。
すごく狭い道に入って店に着くと…
確かに大きな古民家があって、舗装されていない駐車場には沢山の車が停まっている。みんな良くこういう店を知ってるなぁ〜！
さて、店舗スペースに入ると…
手前にベーカリーコーナーがあって、奥にカフェスペースがある。店内の黒板には、砂糖や乳製品などの副材料を使用せずにじっくり発酵させた酵母を使用していると書かれている。
友人が買ってくれたパンは以下。
・オーガニック全粒粉入りプチパン 190円×3ヶ
・イングリッシュマフィン 190円×3ヶ
・バンズ 190円×3ヶ ※税込
店舗スペースではない入り口を覗くと、板敷の広いスペースがあって小さな子供連れの2〜3家族がくつろいでいた。へ〜いい感じだなぁ。
さて家に戻って、家族3人でそれぞれ1個づつ3種類のパンを頂いた。どれももちもちしていてとても美味しい。あえて順番をつけると、個人的にはプチパンが一番好みかな。でもこれは好みの問題なので悪しからず。なるほどね、あの店舗の雰囲気とこのパンなら人気があるのも納得だね。
