しなの鉄道中軽井沢駅徒歩3分にある居酒屋。
元々良い店だと言う事は聞いていたが、夜は
家から遠い事もあってなかなか訪問のチャンス
もなかった。
FBでこの店のフォローしていたのでたまたま
カレーの画像がとても美味しそうで、一気に
カレーモードとなり店に直行する。
店内は居酒屋とは言ってもかなりスタイリッシュ
な感じでカウンター中心、テーブル席もいくつか
ある。店主が厨房でヘルプの女性の方がフロア。
ランチメニューは3種でバターチキンカレー
900円を選択する。気持ちも胃袋もカレーモード
で待ち受ける。
5分ほどで到着。外観はチキンカレーと言っても
塊がゴロゴロしているわけではなく、キーマの
ような見栄え。
目玉焼きがトッピングされ付け合わせ野菜が3種
盛られている。早速待ちくたびれた胃袋にカレー
を放り込んでみる。おや、結構スパイシーで程よい
辛味もあって美味い。他所のバターチキンというと
大体辛味の無いものが多いがここのはスパイシー。
色々煮込んであるようでスパイスの階層も複雑、
さらに時折ナッツのような歯応えもあったが
何者か聞きそびれた。
付け合わせのニンジンと紫キャベツは其々仕事が
してあって爽やかな酸味がアクセントになる。
当然のことながら夜美味い店（来たことはないが）
は昼も美味い。今度は夜来なきゃ。
