I made a reservation and visited. ・Appetizer (karasumi porridge) ・Blanched Karuizawa Amera tomatoes ・Raw Oyster ・Meidai Gyoza / Dumpling ・Green seaweed zeppolini ・Scallop shumai ・Large shrimp mayonnaise broccoli egg ・Clay pot rice Conger eel burdock Japanese pepper The tomatoes are boiled and the broth is soaked in, making them delicious. Above all, they are sweet. Zeppolini! Who knew green seaweed could be so delicious! It's a little salty, so it might be the best snack. The lotus root in the filling of both Gyoza / Dumpling and shumai gives it a great texture. The clay pot rice is fluffy and delicious. It was so delicious that I ordered a pudding as well. Even the pudding was really good. The caramel was a little bitter, which was nice◎

冷たい茶碗蒸しというのも新鮮でしたし、とうもろこしが冷たい餡になっていて、このとうもろこしがすごく甘くてすごく美味しいです。
花ズッキーニも初めて食べたのですが、生ハムの塩気とチーズの塩気も相まって、結構大きいのですがペロリでした。
また夏には絶対行きたいです。

パスタは追加で頼んで正解でした。ボンゴレも美味しそうでした。
冷製茶碗蒸しはマストです。とうもろこしの餡が柚子っぽくてさっぱり美味しい。
