This is the restaurant I used for lunch in Karuizawa. I stayed at this hotel with my parents on Saturday and Sunday. I hadn't decided where to eat lunch in particular, but since I was able to take the Shinkansen instead of driving, I was thinking of eating at the outlet or around Karuizawa Station, but my mom and dad were already a bit tired, so I decided to walk. I felt like I was at a loss, and the outlet was very crowded as I walked there, so I thought it would be faster to eat inside the hotel. and. I found this restaurant along the walkway leading to the outlet and perused the menu. Since it said [Teppan-yaki], is the price too high? Is there only a course? ? I was worried, but I flipped through the pages and found that there seemed to be single items such as soba noodles, Ten-don (tempura rice bowl), and Pork Cutlet, so I think the genre of `` Japanese-style meal for lunch'' would be fine. LOL As soon as I entered, there was a person who showed me around, but the timing just happened to be bad, and there was no one there, so perhaps it was a reservation system? Don't you do it during the day? I was worried, but don't worry, we are open for lunch as well. LOL Of course, it doesn't have to be a course. Hitsumabushi, Ten-don (tempura rice bowl), and Pork Cutlet are in the 2,000 yen range, but soba is in the 1,000 yen range, which is very reasonable for a hotel lunch. Moreover, it was originally a Teppan-yaki restaurant. Lol Considering that, it's very reasonable, and it's a small back passage when going to the outlet? The entrance is at the main entrance, so it's hard to find unless you're staying at the hotel, so it's a little-known place. It feels like it's only known to those in the know, and it has a very calm and wonderful atmosphere. I had shrimp and vegetable Tempura soba, my mother had walnut soba, and my father had Pork Cutlet gozen. It comes with Small dish and is colorful. It looks like it's going to be very filling, and I was impressed by how carefully each piece was placed. My father's Pork Cutlet was said to be very juicy and meaty. The simple description was that Pork Cutlet pork loin pork cutlet from Shinshu, so I thought they should have advertised it more. LOL At first, my mother's walnut soba was eaten with just the walnut sauce without the soba soup, and she said that the taste was rich and strong, but I thought maybe she would add some soba soup to the mix. By the time I realized it, it was already too late lol.Maybe if I don't mix it up, it will end up like chewing gum. LOL My Tempura was crispy and the soba noodles were chewy, so I thought it was good to eat soba since I came to Nagano. I was happy to be able to eat delicious Japanese-style meal at such a hidden gem and at such a reasonable price. I would also like to recommend it to people who are not staying overnight.
