11 minutes walk from Karuizawa station! I visited [Primrose]! This is an all-day dining facility that opened in July 2020 in the newly built Restaurants building in the center of Karuizawa Prince Hotel West. With the theme of ``Wind and light that inform the four seasons of Karuizawa,'' from breakfast to dinner, you can enjoy a wide variety of menus using ingredients featured in Shinshu and Karuizawa. Another point that cannot be overlooked is the peace of mind and trust that Prince Hotels, a long-established hotel, provides. The interior of the store is spacious and luxurious, and the colorful decorations throughout are very fashionable. We boast an outstanding capacity of over 280 seats, including mainly table seats, private rooms and terraces. This time we had the ``Breakfast Buffet'' for ¥3,500. Numerous menus specializing in Shinshu and Karuizawa, with a focus on Japanese and Western cuisine. There are so many attractive menu items, such as a wide variety of salads and special breads such as croissants that are fermented at low temperatures for a long time, that you'll be spoiled for choice! What was particularly impressive was the ``Tateshina Beef Gyudon (Beef bowl)'', which uses ``Tateshina Beef'', a branded beef from Nagano Prefecture that was registered as a trademark in 1995 and has even been dedicated to Ise Grand Shrine. Gyudon (Beef bowl) is delicious with its finely textured meat.
