★若い女子2人と私の3人で行きました★
他のつるとんたんは行ったことなく、軽井沢がお初でした。 冬の軽井沢で遅くまでやってくれてるのはとてもありがたいお店です。
お子様連れからカップル、会食まで、幅広く対応出来き、しかも今時のオシャレポイントをしっかり抑えているなぁと思いました。
飲みながら食べられるメニュー構成で、お料理は可もなく不可もなく、及第点と思いました。
肝心のおうどん、うどん屋さんなのでまずは基本の「きつねうどん」をいただきました。
基本のお出汁がね…残念だったのよ。
関西にルーツがあるわたしにとっては「わたしが厨房はいって味付け直してあげたい」
うーん… 全国的には美味しいんだろうなぁ。
これ、全国展開しているうどん屋さんの宿命なんだと思うけど、開発者が作った基本は美味しくても、各地方で育った料理人がちょっとずつ自分の味に寄せちゃうから味が変わっちゃうんじゃないかな？
舌の感覚は人それぞれなので、何とも言い難いところです。
基本のおうどん以外のアレンジうどんメニューは誤魔化しがきくので美味しいんじゃないでしょうか？
次誰かに誘われて行くことがあったら、アレンジメニューを試そうと思います。
（自分で行こうとば思わないけどね…笑）
