"Tsuru Tontan" is being developed not only in Japan but also overseas. I knew that the Karuizawa store opened two or three years ago at the entrance to Karuizawa Ginza, the most heavily trafficked area, but I never had the chance to go there and always passed by. I played golf in the cold that day, so my body was completely chilled to the core and I was in full udon mode. Since it was a Saturday night, we had made a reservation, but the restaurant was about 50% occupied. The spacious, modern and chic interior doesn't feel like a udon restaurant, but more like a cafe or American type Restaurants. I was given a seat for two on the second floor. It is a modern ``udon restaurant'' where you can order from the menu using a tablet. I ordered the following:・Nabeyaki udon ¥1,980 ・Tempagama-age udon ¥1,780 ・Cold yellowtail nigiri Sushi ¥480 ・Assorted vegetable namul ¥880 ・Various drinks As soon as I ordered, my drink was brought to me and the salad was served as soon as I started drinking. When it arrived, I wanted to share it, but ◎◎ came next, and after a while, the pot-fried udon came. Hurry! I don't know about the timing of serving it, but I can't say ``Please take your time and enjoy it.'' Then, the kettle-fried udon came over and I asked, ``Are you sure you have everything you ordered?'' I quickly took out the salad, put my hands on ◎◎, and made the udon noodles while they were still hot. If it tastes good, I'll give up on it, but udon is out. The soup stock was not effective and the udon noodles had no chewiness. It's hot pot grilled, so it's piping hot, but the ingredients, soup, and udon don't come together as one. The crispy fried shrimp tempura is submerged in the soup and lying down, slightly exhausted, making it a hot pot roast, but it's just sitting on top of it, not making a living body. When it comes to kettle-fried udon noodles, if the dipping sauce isn't strong enough, the flavor of the soy sauce won't be as strong. Unfortunately, it was not clear what he was eating. The food I ordered was served to me all at once, but I regret that I didn't ask for it to be brought to me one by one, but I was disappointed in the operation, which didn't really take into account the customer's perspective. The other reviewers had good comments, but I guess I was just unlucky, and I hope to see them again next time.
