人気リゾート地、軽井沢に2022年にオープンした「HOTEL INDIGO」
最近、都内でも人気の薪焼料理が楽しめるお店ですが、これも軽井沢っぽさがあって良いですね。
総料理長は都内のグランドハイアットやラベットデラなど有名店で働いた経験のある方のようで、腕は間違いなさそうです。
吹き抜けの開放的なデザイン、テラス席も複数用意されていて、リゾート地に適したインテリアデザインにテンションが上がります。
今回はランチで訪問。
平日のランチタイムはまだ4月ということもあり、軽井沢のメインシーズンより少し早いこともあり空いていたので予約は取りやすそうでした。
いただいたのはLUNCH PASTA SET 3,800円。
コース内容は下記の通り。
・サラダ 軽井沢アカシアはちみつとレモンのヴィネグレット
・本日のスープ 野菜たっぷりミネストローネ風
・選べるパスタ 自家製サルシッチャとクレソンのタリアテッレ
・パン
・食後のカフェ ホットティー
軽井沢で獲れる地物の野菜をふんだんに使ったヘルシーでお洒落な料理の数々が鮮度よく美味しい。
特に美味しかったのはメインのパスタ。想像以上にボリューミーで具材もたっぷり。
サルシッチャはジューシーで肉肉しく、麺とソースがよく混ざり合っていて大変美味しかったです。
忙しない日々の中で中でリチャージ出来るような気持ちの良いリラックス空間。
素敵な時間を過ごさせていただきました。
