Small dogs are allowed inside the restaurant in a carrier bag or buggy (there are two seats for large dogs only). The sofa seats are OK as long as they have a waterproof cloth such as a pet sheet. The deck is available for large dogs as long as they are well-trained and kept on a leash. *Unfortunately, we do not allow barking dogs. As we cannot make a judgment in advance, we ask that you leave the restaurant if your dog continues to bark even during your meal. Thank you for your understanding. We do not allow aggressive dog breeds. Please inquire in advance. We strictly refuse sales calls. |

A cafe in a rented accommodation that I've always wanted to visit. A stylish cafe located between the 1000m forest road and the Nakasendo rental intersection. I had been following the restaurant on Instagram and had seen pictures of it and thought I had eaten there many times, but this was my first time actually visiting. The building has a pop, American, and bright impression that you might find along the coast of LA. When you enter the store, you will find a modern interior with a brightness that is different from the outside. If you make a reservation, they will reserve a sofa seat for you, so you can relax and enjoy your time even more. I knew from seeing on Instagram that Shinshu beef Hamburger were their signature dish, so I ordered the following without hesitation. ⚫︎Bacon Egg Burger (additive-free smoked bacon and fried egg topping) ¥2,800 Comes with drink and mini potato salad ⚫︎Jalapeno ¥200 ⚫︎Cheeze Burger ¥2,100 ⚫︎Drip brand coffee +¥200 ⚫︎Mint tea +¥0 1 person in the kitchen, 1 person in the hall I knew from advance information that it would take a while because it was being turned around. I decided to calm down and wait. It wasn't the season to use the terrace as there was about 10cm of snow, but just looking at the snow glittering against the clear blue sky made me forget the time. The air flowing through Karuizawa is as pleasant as ever. Burgers appeared shortly after. Homemade Shinshu pork bacon, lettuce, tomato, large patty, and fried egg protruding from the buns, but you can't fit them in with just the buns. Using a burger wrapper, deftly pick it up with both hands and it snaps together. In your mouth, everything harmonizes and becomes a harmonious whole, or rather, a chaotic whole, and in short, it becomes a universe called a single Hamburger. Are you exaggerating? Although it is sad that the vocabulary is poor, the volume and taste are excellent. Personally, I would have preferred French cuisine fries as an accompaniment, but the mini potato salad isn't bad either. First of all, the space as a cafe, the interior, the atmosphere of Karuizawa, the flowing West Coast style sound interior. And this dish. Next time I'll come again and bring a friend.
