軽井沢駅近くの焼肉屋「ふくちゃん」を利用してきました。
以前は「いたどり」という名前でしたが、今はふくちゃん。オーナーが変わったのか、店名変更かは分かりませんが評価が混在しているところを見ると店名変更なのだと思います。
この店、焼肉屋を数百軒食べ歩いた私が断言します。高い焼肉屋ですね。
東京24区ともいわれる軽井沢ですが、実際の東京の焼肉屋でもなかなかここまで強気な価格設定はみません。
私は焼肉がすきなのでどの店でも価格を気にしないで食べるほうなのですが、それでも躊躇する肉が並びます。
ちょっと焼肉でも食べてみるか。ぐらいの軽い気持ちで利用した人は、割高感を感じるのも仕方ありません。
しかし！！
美味しければそれはある意味問題ない。
でも、ちょっと美味しいぐらいなんだよな～。決して美味しくないわけでは無く、むしろ肉によっては美味しいのですがそれでもどうしても計算してしまう、価格と味のバランス。
普段まったく気にしない私が気にするぐらいなので、やっぱりバランスが悪いのだと思います。
