Walk straight from Karuizawa Station and it's on the left. Since it was during the holidays, I made a reservation in advance. I was able to make a reservation on the same day. The inside of the store is tatami style. It's spacious. It is unified in black and has a chic atmosphere. The customers look like tourists. I'm one of them though. Naturally, I was immediately guided to my seat. I knew before I came that it would be a high-priced restaurant, and that's exactly what I found. ★Jotan Shio ¥3000 ★Limited quantity Wagyu marbled short ribs (sauce) ¥3000 ★Kimchi platter ¥1200 ★Fukuchan salad ¥850 ★Grilled vegetables ¥850 ★Tail soup (half) ¥980 ★Fukuchan Cold Noodles (half) ¥780 ★ Garlic rice, I forget the price, and other drinks such as draft beer. A very bullish price. The cut side of the grilled king king mushroom was brown, probably because it had been left out for a while after being cut. Fukuchan salad is commonly known as choregi salad. The marbled short ribs had beautiful tendons and were delicious. I was glad that the manager had efficient customer service. It was a feast.
