オシャレなテナントビルの1画、奥まった場所ので分かりにくいので、この施設の中でな賃料がリーズナブル物件なんでしょう、入口は正直分かりにくいのですが入ると、大きなガラス窓から浅間山の雄大な姿がハッキリみることができます。こじんまりしたお店ですがイートインも可能、冷蔵ショウケースには宝石のような都会にあるパティスリーで並んでいるような意匠の見事なプチガトーの他、しっかり焼き色がのった伝統的な焼き菓子も並んでいます。
今日は、景色をバックにイートイン、フレジェ：580円にホットコーヒー：420円の組み合わせ。コーヒーはマシンドリップですが濃いのがタップリで不満無し、フレジェは食べるのが惜しい見た目ですが、こういうのをナイフ＆フォークでワシワシ崩して食べるのもまた一興。軽井沢が近いのでこういうクオリティのパティスリー需要あるんでしょうね。
プチガトーはもちろんお誕生ケーキなど、こういう専門店が近くにある人達は羨ましいですね。
