カウンターに座って焼場を見ながらいただきました。
繁盛店らしく入店多数、早い時間だからよかったが、週末のピークタイムは予約必要かも。
焼き鳥屋で肝のこだわってる店は美味しいイメージありますが、串に刺さってないタイプで、目の前で丁寧に焼いてくれてて、美味しかった。
串もりも提供のお皿を分けてプレゼンも綺麗だし丁寧。
日本酒の品揃えもよく、地酒を頼みました。
ちょうど前の店から短いスパンで行ってしまい、お腹がすぐいっぱいになってしまい、残念。
また訪問したい。
