I stopped by Li Honglan on my way home from driving around Yamanashi! I entered the store around 11:30, and there were 4 customers in front of me and 5 customers after me. I'll order Gyoza / Dumpling set. When I looked at the menu after ordering, I thought the large portion was good. The bowl arrived in just over 10 minutes! It's what you would call a normal soy sauce Ramen. It's a short medium-thick curly noodle. The soup looks thick, but it was refreshing, probably because of the chopped green onions. The chashu is not stewed, so it is tough. Gyoza / Dumpling were large and hard-cooked. There is a big menu, but it was a normal Chinese Cuisine.
