佐久でのイタリアンと言うと、ピザが
メインです。
こちらは、薪窯焼きメニューがあります。
今回は、薪窯焼きの信州ハーブ鶏を
連れは、粗挽きポークのミートラザニア
をチョイスしました。
まず、お冷。
ついで、オードブルの
サラダ
タコのカルパッチョ、
ビーンの熱々スープ
ポテト入りのオムレツが到着。
久々のタコは、大変美味しくいただけます。
ビーンの熱々スープも濃厚で、
大変美味しくいただけました。
サラダのドレッシングはカレー風味
でしょうか？
クミンの香りがした気がします。
いよいよメイン
最初に取り分けますか？
と聞いてくれるのは、嬉しいですね。
まず、ラザニアが到着。
熱々、ジューシーなラザニアを
火傷に注意しながら食べます。
オリーブオイルをかけると、
ますます味が引き立ちます。
薪窯焼きの信州ハーブ鶏は
パリパリに焼けた皮と
ジューシーな肉の旨味が
口内に広がります。
勿体なかったのは、
野菜のつけ合わせが、
ポテトと紫芋のみ、、、。
せっかくの信州なので、価格が上がってでも
焼き野菜がもう何品か欲しいところです。
デザートは抹茶アイス
ドリンクは、アイスコーヒーを
いただきました。
ご馳走さまでした。
