80過ぎの母姉妹が「昔行ったお店が美味しかったの」との事で、店名もわからず場所もうろ覚えながらなんとか辿り着き
石窯でピザ生地が焼ける良い匂いに包まれながら、奥まった居心地良さそうな席にご案内いただきました
前菜に、サラダ、キュウリのピクルス、キッシュ、豚の冷しゃぶとカポナータ、カブのサラダをご提供頂きました
「歯が悪いのよ」なんて話をしていたのを気にしてくださって、サラダも少し小さめに食べやすく配慮して頂いたようです
前菜として、野菜多め、食物繊維多め、酢の物で胃を動かしてくれて、食欲が湧いてきます
ランチメニューでも初夏の野菜をピックアップされているようでナスやカブの火入れが丁寧なのか、甘味が増してソースと引き立てあって、食べるのが楽しかったです
パスタも「少し柔らかめにしましょうか？」とお気遣い頂き、よくある「アルデンテ」ではなく、私たちの顔を見ながら調理してくださる気遣いが嬉しかったです
もちろん、そんなキメの細かい料理は美味しいに決まってるので、もっと星多くても良いくらい、気持ち良い接遇応対でしたが
昼間なのと私が運転でお酒が飲めなかったので、ここまで。
