美味（オイ）ダレといえばこの店というお店なのではないでしょうか。
ディープなお店が多い上田の袋町は上田駅から歩いて１０分ほどのところにあります。
呼び込みのおにいさまとかがいらっしゃって前日にはお店を探すこともままならない雰囲気でしたが、平日夕方５時台にはどなたもいらっしゃらなかったです。近辺には焼き鳥やが多くあり、取り上げられてないがもしかしたら良い店もあるのかもしれないと思いました。
お店の中はお酒も飲める街の食堂といった雰囲気。ご夫婦でお店をやられているようです。まず検温をしつつ、アルコール消毒。そして着席します。
冷酒をたのみます。渓流というお酒でほどよく日本酒感があるお酒でした。お通し的にごぼうサラダが出てきますがボリューム、内容ともに普通にサラダを注文したかのような感じです。
焼き鳥はねぎま、かしら、ればー、かわ、なんこつとつくねをオーダーしました。旦那様が奥で調理されており１０分程度でできる順で奥様が持ってきていただきました。まずそのまま鳥をいただき鳥が美味しいと感じ、そして全部食べるのではなく途中で美味だれを追加すると味変にもなりあますところなくおいしくいただけるというこの工夫がすばらしい。日本酒をもう１杯、今週の地酒というメニューがあり、何本か地元の酒が用意されており真田太平記が評判がよかったということで出していただきました。若干辛口だがすっきりとしたお酒でした。
ここまで頼むと充分満足でお会計が２千円ぴったりとリーズナブル。コロナ下のためか客が少ないのかもしれないですが、こういう早い時間にお伺いしてさくっとおいしい焼き鳥を食べるというのは最高ですね。
