火曜日の13:30時頃に伺いました。
2020年2022年と食べログのパン百名店に選ばれたお店です。
まだ天然酵母という言葉もない時代から自然食品の提供による健康と平和を目指してパンづくりをするオーナーの甲田氏。
1989年に渋谷区富ヶ谷の井の頭通り沿いにお店をオープン。
その後、甲田氏の故郷である信州上田で2004年にオープンしたこちらのお店
国産の小麦粉を使ったパンをいただけます。
極力砂糖も使用していないみたい

私は普段小麦粉はほとんど摂りませんが
食品の商社をやっており、小麦粉も取り扱っているのでパン屋さんに行くのは好きで、コロナ禍には友人と台北でパン屋も始めました。
私は原料商社、友人はパン職人です。
一緒に台湾や中国のパン屋さんで指導してくれそうなパン職人さんも探しているので、先ず百名店は全て行ってみようと思い活動しています。
日本産の小麦粉100%のお店に興味があります。
