お疲れ様です。
上田市 拉麺酒房 熊人 煮干味噌拉麺1000円を頂いて参りました。
前回味噌拉麺を頂き、魚介強。と思いましたが、今回は煮干で再挑戦！
一口目煮干が来ます。
煮干しか来ません(笑)
とても美味しいですが、いい意味で悪ふざけもここまで来ると参ります。
解りました。
この拉麺は、煮干ラーメンの味噌味なのだと。
また。この手打ちの太麺が丁度いいモチモチとコシ。
もはや。このスープには、この麺しかあり得ないですね！
旨い！
2種類のチャーシューは、あっさりとしていてスープと麺を邪魔しない味。
良く出来てます。
ニンニクカラシ味噌を一すくい。
この拉麺が味噌拉麺になりました！
そういうことだったんですね。
