仕事で立ち寄った上田エリア。地元屈指との評判を聞きつけて訪問しました。味噌と迷いながらひしお醤油ラーメン大盛りと水餃子を注文。スープを一口飲んだ瞬間に確信。これはヤバい‼️とても濃厚なスープに弾力ある麺がよく絡みます。スープ美味しすぎて最後にライスを注文して完飲してしまいました。一緒に行った仲間は味噌ラーメンを頼んでましたが、これまた格別。春にはつけ麺も再開する模様なので既に次に行った時に何を頼むか迷ってます。
