『スープ研究処 ぶいよん』

ちゃんと調べないと来れないし、なかなが入り難い佇まいの外観。
元々は平屋の貸家みたいな感じで、中も和室です。
入ったら大リーグでも活躍してた現役のプロ野球選手が食べててびっくり。
初めて来たので色々と組合せがありますが1番オーソドックスな、とりそば「塩」の「基本」で、トッピングは玉子と鶏肉。
スープをひと口飲むと「あれ…味が薄い」と感じましたが、味の解説に書いてある通り、塩分が控えめで旨味の余韻が残る。
店名の『スープ研究処』とある通り、スープが相当美味い。
麺を並にしたら見た目は少なく感じましたが、スープを全部飲むとちょうど良かったです。
こちらのお店のお客さんは、1人で2杯や3杯を食べるのも普通らしい。
組合せを数えると全部で6種類のメニューがある。
