ドキドキ（笑）
スープ研究処 ぶいよんです。
個性的な屋号、場所もわざわざ探して来ないとって場所。
2022年7月7日オープン！
着席すると
「今から洗い物に入るので、オーダーは10分ほどお待ちください」って（笑）。
店内客3人。個性爆発
メニュー
読んでるだけで３０分とか楽しめそう（笑）
注文したのは
とりそば 塩系（基本）かけ
飲み干せるスープを謳っているので✨かけ✨で注文。
鶏・昆布・野菜からじっくり旨味を出したポタっとしたスープに、食感いい麺。
そっと塩味で素材の旨味を堪能。
入店から退店までずっとドキドキ（笑）
めっちゃ良い店ですよね～。
