⚫︎とりそば 塩系 基本
塩系のスープは、店名の通りブイヨンの抽出方法をアレンジしており、素材の旨味をしっかり引き出しているそう。
塩味もそれほど強くはなく、余韻が最後まで残る味わい深い一杯。
麺も無化調で、コシが強い。
余計なものは入れない。
そんなこだわりが伺える一杯でした。
