長野にあるラーメン屋さん。
上田の住宅街にある。
民家の中で営業している。
店内には靴を脱いで入店。
店内はカウンター6席のみ。
豚骨の独特な匂いが漂う。
ラーメンの種類は4種類につけ麺。
最初は海の全部入りがオススメらしいのでこちらをオーダー。
〇海+トッピング全部（800円+300円）
基本の塩に魚介出汁と鰹節が入ったもの。
・具材
ネギ、煮玉子、青海苔、チャーシュー、鰹節
・麺
中太ストレート。
ややカンスイが強く感じる。
スープが繊細なだけにもう少し抑えた方が良い気もする。
・スープ
鶏、野菜、昆布のベースに魚介出汁がブレンドされたもの。
ただ少し旨味は薄い。
鰹節を混ぜてやっと塩気がでてくる。
わかりやすい旨味ではなく奥深い味。
麺の量は少ないので数杯食べる人がいるのも頷ける。
一つ一つにこだわりを持ったラーメンなので合う人はファンになるだろう。
