上田市で住宅感のある外観でカウンター席6席のみ、『とりそば』の名店。

オーダーは、①スープ、②トッピング、③スープと麺の量を組み合わせるシステム。
表題のとおり、スープは基本の塩、トッピングなし、麺&スープ大盛りに

グループごとび丁寧に仕上げていくため、店主の動作を観察したりメニューを見返したりしてゆっくり過ごす。
そうして提供されたとりそばの美しい佇まい。
一口スープを啜ると、濃厚な鶏と昆布の旨味を感じる。塩分控えめと書かれていたが、そんなことは感じさせないほど完璧な構成。麺はコシが強く、濃厚な鶏スープに負けずに、しっかりと個性を主張する。

気がつくと目の前には、空っぽのどんぶり。
美味しいものを食べたという満足感が身体中を満たす。
ちなみにとりそば(800円)で麺&スープ大盛り(1.5倍、+500円)だけど、残さず食べ切ると-300円になる仕様。
残したらもったいないもんね。
