It's been a while since I last visited Ueda, so I went to "Noa" in front of the station, where you can enjoy local sake and Local Cuisine ♪ I met up with my business trip companions at 7pm and entered the restaurant. We toasted with highballs and draft beer (^^) We started with the appetizer of bamboo shoots, Nozawana greens, and cold tofu topped with wild garlic. The Nozawana greens had a crisp texture that made me want to eat rice♪ I remembered that wild garlic is a leaf (^^; The lean horse meat sashimi is the kind you often see in Nagano and Fukushima, and it was pretty tasty. However, I think I prefer it with a little more fat♪ The Shinshu Taro Sausage Marmetano that the young people ordered has a nice name, but it goes well with alcohol. We also ordered game meat, so the venison Steak was soft and delicious with no strong flavor. We couldn't stop drinking the local sake from Ueda City and Saku! The stewed horse offal was delicious, and the complimentary udo or kinpira we were given was also delicious (^^) Thank you for the meal (^^♪
