会社の同僚と夜に訪問させて頂きました。
上田駅の地下へ続く階段を降りると飲食店が数店舗有ります。
「のあ」の可愛らしいネーミングに誘われ入店。
店内は案外に広く明るめで好印象。
居酒屋に必ずといって有りがちなビールの空き瓶から漂うアルコールなどのいやな臭いは一切感じられません。
すなわち、お店の衛生面がしっかり為されている事の証しであると思います。
日本酒「喜久盛」の熱燗をばまずはオーダー、
飲み口が柔らかく日本酒の旨味、香りが引き立ち極めて美味なることこの上なし。
寒い長野の夜にはベストマッチなドリンクです。
蕎麦豆腐や馬刺など色々とオーダーしましたがどれも素材の味が活きており美味しく、
特にご主人曰く「醤油を使っているようで使っていない」角煮の旨さは格別。
総じて、どの料理にも心がこもった感があり、
気さくながら実直かつあたたかなご主人の「もてなし」の精神が現れている様に感じました。
また上田に行った際は、是非とも再訪したいと思います。
