友人と3人で夜に伺いました。
私はハンバーグ、あとの二人の女性はパスタをいただきました。
パスタはなすとモッツァレラと冷製パスタで、両方とも味、ボリューム感は満足でした。
使われていたトマトは甘く新鮮で、チーズもたくさん散りばめてあって、お皿が運ばれた途端食欲をそそられました。
そして、一日限定のハンバーグ。
一番期待をしていた品だったのですが、味で勝負！！という感じで白のお皿に丸いハンバーグがデミグラスソースの真ん中に、ポンと乗って登場しました。
そのシンプルさに、ますます期待を増して、一口頂くと、美味しい？けど、期待を膨らませていた分チョット今ひとつな感じで、この値段でこの味なら付け合せもついていても良いかなと思いました。
肉汁もたっぷり出てきて美味しいのですが、チェーン店のハンバーグでもいいかなぁ？ってかんじです。
次回はカルボナーラをいただきたいとおもいます。
