遅い夏休み初日の泊りは上田。ご当地の名物「美味だれ」焼鳥が食べられるということでこちらへ来ました。
予約を入れていたのですが、行ってみると座敷席でした。ああ、一言言って欲しかった、カミさんは膝の怪我があるので座敷席はムリなんです。偶然広めの席が空いていてよかった。
というわけで、途中から地元の知り合いが合流。カンパーイということになりました。話題の「美味だれ」は豚ハラミと豚カシラでやってもらいました。うーん、ニンニクめっちゃ凄いですね。ハラミもカシラも結構ジューシィでいいお肉っぽいんですが、どっちがどっちだかわからなくなるくらい「タレが濃すぎ」ですね。塩だけで焼いてもらったほうが良かったかも。
鶏皮焼きはそのイメージとブツのギャップに驚いたのですが、アブラをきっちり落としてあって意外と食べやすかった。
