Let's have a drink in Ueda! So I wandered around the station. The light blue light visible from the castle entrance, the signboard of "Danmaya Suisan". I went in because Seafood looked delicious. When I entered, the shop was crowded with locals (I think). This time, we received: -Seafood salad - Stir-fried squid with salted malt (★) - Atsuyaki egg (★) - Scallop skewers - Japanese chicken skewers with green onions - Muroran-yaki pork skewers - Nozawana greens - Bitter gourd champuru. All of them were delicious (the one I thought was especially delicious★), but the one that I thought was a little unusual was the bitter melon champuru. The cooking method is a little different from what you eat elsewhere, and the eggs are half-boiled on top of the champuru. The method of breaking it down yourself when eating. For someone like me who doesn't like raw or soft-boiled eggs, the cooking method was a little strange... For drinks, I had beer and sours, but what was unusual was the fresh pine sour. Half of a fresh pineapple is brought to us, and a special squeezer is used to crush the pineapple and add the juice. It contains quite a bit of fruit juice, so I recommend it. Recommended for women. Overall, the food is delicious and the restaurant is easy to talk to, so I would like to go there again if I have a chance.
