上田駅のお城口ロータリー側にある
居酒屋さんです。
１階はカウンター席とテーブル席で
テレビが設置されています。
２階は宴会もできる造りのようです。
お店のメインは串焼きのようですが、
信州郷土料理もあります。
まずは生ビールから。
アルコールメニューは長野の地酒を
中心にホッピーやサワーがあります。
ワインはかちわりワインのみ。
おつまみに
信州サーモン刺身
野沢菜漬け
山賊焼き
を注文しました。
信州サーモンは身が引き締まった味。
甘口タイプのお醤油で食べます。
野沢菜漬けはうまみ調味料がガツン
と効いていて昔ながらの味です。
地元の冷酒に切り替えメインとなる
山賊焼きを。
思ったほどニンニクは効いてなくて
普通の唐揚げのジャンボサイズ的な
感じでした。
他にも
いなごや蜂の子、信州馬刺しなども
ありました。
一人でも気軽に入れるお店です。
