美味(おい)だれ焼鳥、長野県上田の名物だそうです
つい数日前に知りました
焼鳥での美味だれを平日昼に食べれるのは駅周辺でこちらだけのようです
他の方の写真から結果は少し予想できましたが美味だれを食べてみたかったので勉強のつもりで入店

お店により、かなり違いはあるのでしょう
タレも大事だけど、当然串本体がすごく大事ですね
変わったおでんがあったので頼んでみました
