ＪＲ東日本（北陸新幹線）、しなの鉄道、上田電鉄の３つの路線が乗り入れてる上田駅、その上田電鉄上田駅の改札前にあるお店です
大きな赤提灯がとても目立つし、ホテルやレンタカー店にあるフリーペーパーにも載ってるので気になって来てみました
店内は思っていたより狭い感じで通常なら10人は並べそうなカウンター席に椅子は4脚・・・
コロナ対策の間引きにしても少ないなぁ・・・と思ったら立ち飲み店なんだね(^-^;
先客は１人しか居なかったので椅子を使わせていただきます。

とりあえず”ばかでかメガジョッキハイボール”で一人カンパーイ( ^ ^ )/□
何度も注文するのは面倒だから”ばかでか”はイイかもね
目の前に出されたコップのようなガラス容器は上田名物の”美味だれ（おいだれ）”です
お店「2度づけ禁止でおねがいしまーす」

焼き鳥を美味だれに１回つけたらいただきまーす！
美味だれはお店によって材料や配合も違うけど、こちらではコップの美味だれに差し入れてたっぷり絡まるからソースのような雰囲気です
構造上つけ過ぎになったからかもしれないけど、個人的にはもう少し”すりおろしにんにく”感があるほうが好きだなぁ...
ロース（赤身）の馬刺しは普通に美味しいです
タテガミもあったらいいんだけどね
6本の焼き鳥と馬刺しを食べたところで、まだまだ食べたい気もするけど
また財布から現金を出すのは面倒なんだよね～
ここでカップルが入店、4つしかない椅子が塞がってる状況でかわいそうだから椅子をゆずってあげようかな
だから追加はせずに帰ります
そもそも立ち飲みだから長居する店じゃないかもしれないけど、その都度現金払いも面倒くさいからちょい飲み向きのお店だね
・・・ところで、コップで提供する美味だれ、余ったら再利用するの？
まさかそんなハズないよね？
だったら２度づけ禁止とか意味ないんじゃない？
いまどき大阪の串カツ屋さんでもコロナ対策から２度づけ禁止のソースを中止して1回分のソースやボトルで提供してる店もあるのにムダな感じがします
