I stayed at Hotel Route Inn Grand Ueda Ekimae while traveling. We decided to have dinner at this restaurant right across the street. When I got on the elevator to go to the shop on the 5th floor, I saw an article that was featured in ``Bananaman's Special Gourmet!!''. I had the ``young chicken grilled with delicious sauce'' for 680 yen. The sauce is rich with a hint of garlic, and the skin is crispy. The other item is "Tateshina Beef Bolognese" for 1,400 yen. It has the most sour and unusual flavor of any bolognese I've ever had, and thanks to that, it's refreshing to eat. Other seat fees are 220 yen per person, and appetizers are provided. The staff was kind, but it seemed like they were busy with a party going on that day. It took almost 30 minutes for the delicious sauce to come out. Well, since it's a dining room, the main course takes time.
