仕事で上田に行った時に立ち寄りました。
モール内のレストランです・・・
注文は「極千代ロース膳」2980円「かきふらい膳」980円・
「千代ロース単品」2780円でした。
こちらのお店なかなかでしたよ。
モール内のお店だったので期待してなかったんですが、
来てみないと分からないもんですね～
素材の「千代幻豚」は旨味のある脂で肉厚が最高！
「カキフライ」も大きく良い。
ソース・ 塩 ・からし なども質はよい
ご飯のクオリティはまあまあ・・・
ちょっと柔らかいけど。
