I was passing through Ueda, Nagano Prefecture on my way to Sugadaira Ski Resort, so I visited this restaurant that I found online in the evening. The target is Chiyogen pork Pork Cutlet. I immediately ordered the super thick-sliced Chiyogen pork loin cutlet set. Cabbage was served first, and then after about 20 minutes of waiting, the loin cutlet was served. As expected, it is quite thick as it is called a super thick slice. In terms of volume, it's probably around 250g. Take the first slice and stuff it into your mouth without adding anything. At a different restaurant, I had Chiyo's Chiri pork loin the other day and it was delicious, so I was really looking forward to it this time, but it didn't live up to my expectations. The batter lacked aroma and crispness, and the oil from the batter left a bad aftertaste, canceling out the sweetness and flavor of the Chiyogen pork. This is just my personal opinion. Chiyogenbuta definitely wants to get revenge somewhere else.
