本日はこちらへ。
2024年の食べログ100名店に初選出された茅野市にあるお蕎麦屋さん。
週末の開店時間の11時に到着。
広い店内は先客2組ほど。
いただいたものは以下の通りです。
●天ぷら盛り合わせ
海老2本、茄子、えのき、南瓜、ピーマン、大葉。
ごくごく普通の天ぷらです。
天つゆでいただきます。
●アスパラの天ぷら
穂先に甘みは少なく、根元にジューシーさも無いアスパラ。
いい感じのスーパーに行けばもっといいヤツありそうです。
これで800円超えは中々。
●十割どうづきそば
蕎麦の実に水を加え発酵寸前の発酵酵素を最大限に引き出した新製法とのこと。
香りよろしくザラザラした粗挽きの食感。
噛めば噛むほど旨味と香りが広がります。
美味しいんですが、終盤になると味が落ち端切れも多い。大盛りもありましたが、絶対頼まない方がいいです。
薬味はネギと山葵と藻塩。
ツユはやや薄めのもの。
●極み十割そば
どうづきに比べてしなやかで歯応えがあり、喉越しの良い蕎麦です。
どうづきに負けず劣らず良い香り。
ただ。蕎麦湯が蕎麦を食べている途中で提供されたので、最後の蕎麦湯がぬるくて残念。
特にどうづきそばは非常に美味しかったのに量が中々多く、わがままを言えば半分の量を2回に分けて出してくれたら最後まで美味しくいただけたかもです。
接客は色気のあるマダムの方々で丁寧になされていました。
あと、週末のお昼時なのにあまりお客さんが居ないのはお値段が高めだからでしょうか。
