長野方面へツーリングへ行った時に偶然出会ったお店です。
店内はカウンター席とテーブル席があります。
私は迷わずカウンター席で店主が備長炭で焼き鳥を焼いている姿を見ながらお酒を・・
店員さん（３～４名）はとっても明るく元気な女の子ばかりで、アルバイトの学生さんだと思いますが、注文受けから品出しまで丁寧で好印象です。
きっと店主の教えが良いんでしょうね。
店主はずーっと炭から離れずでしたから、目の前で少しお話を・・・
すると、店主・・・神奈川の出身でして、偶然にもよく知っているところでした。
こんなところで良いお店に出会た事に感謝し、また来ますと一言残し、店を出て・・
その年の年末に再び訪問・・・相変わらず美味さに感動です。
そして、また行く計画を・・・
