絶景とともに美味しいお蕎麦を頂く
至福の時間となりました。
地方都市にありがちな感じはなく
建物も器もオシャレで清潔です。
お店の方もとても親切で気持ちよく過ごせました。
訪れたのはランチタイムの遅めの時刻。
日差しがお店の中に降り注いでいて眩しい！
個人的に蕎麦への期待がMAX。
悩んだ末、日替わりをお願いしました。
写真トップが到着直後。
海苔、ネギ＆山葵は別添え。
まず蕎麦のみで頂きました。
いい香りがフワワワ〜っと。
うううっ美味しい！！！！！
これ！これですよ！
あぁ、蕎麦よ……なんと美味しいのか。
天丼の天ぷらのカリッと揚がった感が
悶絶級の美味しさ。
いや、ホント、いいお店見つけました！
初諏訪だったら、全景を眺められて
信州蕎麦を堪能できる "登美" さんはオススメ。
私はまた諏訪に行くことがあったら
絶対にまた伺います。
