『ちょっと良い、街の中華屋さん』
JR岡谷駅から徒歩2分ほど。駅前すぐの場所にある、中華屋さんです。
岡谷でもうウン十年と長く営業しており、今風に言えば『街中華』のお店。
スープから何から何まで手作り自家製がウリのお店です。
店内は、カウンター数席とテーブル席。
夜は色々とメニューがあるようですが。
昼間はメニューを絞って営業しています。
有名なのは、ラーメンと、シュウマイで。
他、カツ丼もよく頼まれる品。
どれも美味しいのですが、
今日は季節商品の冷やし中華をいただきました。
ダシのスープをからめて食べる感じの冷やし中華で。
アッサリ上品な美味しい味わい。
家庭でよく出てくる、酢醤油みたいなタレとは、全然違います。
美味しいです。
カツ丼は、普通のサイズの他、ミニサイズや麺類などとのセットにできる小さめのサイズの物など、色々あります。
これもダシの絡み具合が実に美味しくて、絶妙。
ラーメン屋のカツ丼がこんなに美味しいとは( ﾟДﾟ)
そんな一品です。
どれも旨いせいで、店に行ったときは何を食べようか、本当に迷ってしまう。
