諏訪大社参拝の際に伺いました。
お土産、レストラン利用のお客さんでとても混雑してましたが、スタッフの方が
丁寧に対応して下さり、スムーズにテーブルに着くことができました。
デミグラスソースのオムライス大盛り、デザートにシュークリーム・かすたぁぷりん・
たまごソフトクリームを頂きました。
オムライス大盛り(デミグラスソース)：
完璧な半熟具合のオムレツに、コクのあるデミグラスソースがたっぷりかかっています。
オムレツ部分だけを食べてみると、口の中に豊かな卵の旨味が広がりました。
ただ、よくある誉め言葉「濃厚」ではない感じ。
卵が持つ長所だけを凝縮したような、それでいて軽やかな口当たりです。
デミグラスソースが奥行きのある味わいな分、オムレツまで自己主張してしまってたら
とっ散らかった印象になってたと思います。
その点このオムライスはバランスが絶妙でした！とても美味しかったです。
シュークリーム・かすたぁぷりん・たまごソフトクリーム：
３つとも卵の風味が生きてます。
やっぱり過剰に甘くないのがいいのかな？と思いました。
オムレツとも共通するんですが、あえて控えめな味付けに抑える事で
逆に主役の卵を際立たせているのだと思います。
おそらく相当腕の良いコックさんが調理場に立ってるなこれは(笑)
営業時間が短い分、多少待つことになるかと思いますが、その価値はあるかと。
