上諏訪温泉街は、すでに3周できるぐらい泊まっている
今日は「紅や」さん、上諏訪温泉街でも大きなホテルだ
すでに通算10泊ぐらいしているでしょうか
食事は他所で軽く済ませてからチェックイン
2カ所の風呂に入ると
何となくホテル内には場所がない
蕎麦でも食べに行こうか！
5分ほどのところで「黒うどん」なる店を発見
「山長」といいます
すでに4〜5組の先客があったが、すでに9時
何となく、すこしずつ帰って行く
ハイボールを飲みながら黒うどんなるものを質問
色々説明を聞くが、良く分からず先ずは頼んでみた
それがこの写真
蕎麦が出てきたと思いました
早速食べてみると
蕎麦と言うより、岩手県盛岡の名産「冷麺」の様
独特の粘りがあり、細いのに食べにくい
（僕が歯が悪いからだけど）
どうでしょうか？蕎麦とも饂飩とも冷麺ともつかない
不思議な食べ物です
