うどん気分で検索、こちらへ！
長野は点が低くても、口コミが少ないのが要因の場合があったりするので、点数だけでは判断できないですね。
結構大規模なお店です。
うどんにしては、高めの価格帯ですね。
讃岐うどんを謳われてるので、ぽい、釜玉うどんを大盛りで。
卵の色が濃くておいしそう！
まずは出汁醤油をかけずに。
モチモチ感ありますね。 キレイな麺です。
次に出汁醤油をかけて。 出汁醤油自体も上品な感じで、上質のもののように思われます。
ねぎ、のり、かつ節は、最近セルフに慣れてるので、もっとばかばか入れたくはなりますが…
完成度高いです。
次は冷たい麺か、かけをいきたいですね。
