サイドメニューで寿司やミニ丼あり |
とあるサイトで見掛けて気になった塩尻のお酒：「美寿々」を
求めて中山道洗馬宿へ向かう途中でのランチにお邪魔しました。
外観も内観も標準的な和の食事処といった感じ。アイドルタイム
まで残り20分ほどでしたが、気持ちよく迎えていただき感謝です。
メニューを見ると・・ざるうどん（630円）で野菜天ざるうどんが
なんと（680円）？？天ざるが1200円なのに・・不思議な値付けです。
50円の野菜天が気になったのでオーダーしてみることに。。
ツレは軽めのあおさうどん（720円）って・・野菜天ざるより高いし？
セルフの給茶機でアイスグリーンティー（所謂冷茶）を飲みながら、
待つこと5分ほどでサーブされました。心配した野菜天は、かぼちゃ/
ししとう/えのき/なすなど5品で揚げたて（＊＊）上出来ですよ。
50円増しなら野菜天ざるオススメです。だけど・・肝心のうどんが
軟い。。サーブ時間から推測して、恐らく茹で置きと思われます。
訪問時間で致し方なかったかも知れませんが、やっぱうどんと蕎麦は、
茹でたてを頂きたいですね～～。。ざるでも軟かったので、温かい
うどんは・・言うまでもありません。
うどん以外は好感の持てるお店でしたので、そこだけがチョット残念
でしたが、そば処信州で讃岐うどんで勝負する心意気にはエール！！
