かなり久しぶりに一風堂行きました。吉祥寺店に10年くらい前に行ったのが最後じゃないかな‥
一風堂では赤と白というメニューがありますが、とんこつの「白」しか食べたことありません。今回も白を注文！麺のかたさを選べるのは嬉しいですね♪私は食べるのが遅くて麺が伸びちゃうのでかためでお願いしてます。
かためだったからか、注文してからすぐ来ましたよ〜！
白濁した、まろやかなとんこつスープ。一風堂のスープはクセがないですよね。言ってしまえば、パンチがちょっと足りない‥。なので、途中味変します。旦那はにんにく、私は高菜を辛く味付けしたものをちょこっとトッピング。コロナ対策で店員さんに頼んで持ってきてもらうスタイルになっていました。高菜を入れるとパンチの効いた、また違った味になります。飽きずに最後まで頂けました(^^)辛味もやしもあり、辛いもの好きな方にはたまらないかも。
コロナ禍だからか20時前にはラストオーダーとっていましたよ〜 お気をつけて！
