あまり、チェーン店は好きではないのですが、シンガポールの空港で見かけた一風堂。ドンキでもカップ麺売っているので気になっていました。
たまたま通りがかった道すがら一風堂の看板を見つけたので、いい機会だと思い入店です。
店中は、結構お客さんがいて活気がありました。
さすがチェーンというか、タブレットでの注文です。
麺の硬さも選べますが、並び順不動（あいうえお順？）。
柔らかいのから硬いのまで準備並べてほしいところです。
最初に、辛子もやしが出てきました。何度でもおかわり自由だそうです。
薬味の紅生姜や高菜、にんにくは店員さんに声をかけて持ってきてもらいます。
コロナのせいか、ペロペロ事件のせいか、セチがない世の中になったものです。
着丼して、まずはスープから。
最初のひとくちで九州らしさが口の中に広がりました。
とてもまろやかで、九州らしいドギツさはありません。
牙を抜かれたトラみたいな感じで、物足りなさを感じました。
麺は、博多特有の極細麺です。
こちらは、イメージに違いません。
紅生姜は桜色で着色料を控えているのが好印象。
誰もが食べられるようにアレンジしているのかな。
