と或、大学校友会の新蕎麦会…諏訪地区の集まりです、
この地区の有力者のお力で、、朝から貸しきりで、、お店をお借りしました
普段、一切、あり得ませんので、、あしからず～～！！！
ちょいと…路地を入った…所にありますした…
外観から、、、良いですね、、入り口から、、庭先まで
秋の趣ある風情が、、、何とも、、、
朝から、穏やかな天気に恵まれて気分は上々…
有志、県内、蕎麦粉を持ち寄り、、、
そば打ち、が始まり、、厨房もお借りして、、茹で、、
良いですね～～プロのガスレンジ周りは、、火力が違います♪
普段、蕎麦はありませんので、誤解ないように、、、創作和風おばんざい、、居酒屋さんですので！！！
２０名程の集客、空間です、、、
それにしても、、藏、、古い民家、、、日本間が、、、良いですね～～
