日曜日で定休日の多い上諏訪の夜。
予約をして伺わせて頂きました。
先客は3組。
店内はこじんまりとしているも次から次へとお客さんが来る繁盛店というイメージを持ちました。
カウンターに着席して漬物の盛り合わせ、鳥わさ、焼き鳥を数種頼ませて頂きました。
お漬け物は市販のものではない感じで手作り感があり非常に美味しかったです。
焼き鳥やサイドメニューも全て美味しくて次から次へと頼んでしまいます。
料理や焼き鳥の味もさることながら女将さんの接客、笑顔が印象に残っています。
上諏訪に再訪の際はふたたび行きたいお店だと思います。
店名で何となく避けていた過去の自分を殴ってやりたい！（笑）
