... other alcoholic beverages. The chicken is made with Tottori's famous Daisen chicken, which has a rich flavor and a chewy texture, and Kyushu's red chicken. The chicken is slowly cooked over Tosa binchotan charcoal, and then grilled quickly over a high flame. The sake selection is carefully selected from select breweries. The wine selection is also reasonably priced, with a wide range of wines from overseas to local Nagano brands.
