PR for restaurants |
We pride ourselves on our fragrant charcoal Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) and pizza baked in our special oven.
This popular restaurant is bustling every day, with a space reminiscent of a famous Japanese anime, and dishes such as the proud Neapolitan pizza baked in a special oven and authentic charcoal-grilled |
This is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located near Shimo-Suwa Station. This shop is a jack-of-all-trades. They have Western-style dishes such as yakitori, Fried Skewers, oden, pizza, pasta, and Ajillo. It looks like a fun menu. Avocado and milt gratin 680 yen I chose from the Western-style menu. The sauce is a little too runny for a gratin. The amount of avocado is also small. It feels like you're sipping the sauce, not eating the ingredients. And the worst thing was the milt. It had a bad smell and wasn't very tasty. Squid Tempura tempura 380 yen Crisply fried and delicious. The portion is small, but it's cheap, so it's a wash. The miso mayonnaise that comes with it is distinctive. The slightly sweet miso is delicious. It was listed as a popular menu item, and I can see why. Japanese-style pizza with mushrooms and bacon 800 yen I ordered a half size, but it was plenty big. A pizza cutter is provided and it is served uncut. The ingredients are bacon, shimeji mushrooms, chopped green onions, and chopped nori seaweed. It has a slight soy sauce flavor. The savory bacon is grilled on a firm surface, and the umami of the shimeji mushrooms is topped with the flavor of the seaweed and green onions. It's pretty good. The Japanese-style pizza isn't bad either. It goes well with sake, too. Oden Daikon 120 yen Homemade ganmodoki 250 yen Konnyaku dengaku 180 yen The oden here is elaborate. The daikon is topped with grated kelp. The konnyaku dengaku comes with miso sauce. The ganmodoki is homemade. They put a little effort into it. The ganmodoki was especially delicious. The ganmodoki was delicious, with plenty of ingredients and soaked up the broth. Some dishes were lackluster, but overall it was a reasonably priced and delicious Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). Thank you for the meal.
